Left your umbrella on the tram? A question about HTM public transport? The staff of the HTM Service Points are happy to help.

Assortment
HTM service points sell travel products for your personal OV-chipkaart or anonymous OV-chipkaart and the special HTM tickets like the 1,2,3 Day ticket (HTM Dagkaart). HTM tickets are also on sale at other locations in Den Haag. Look in the overview of service and sales points to see if there is one in your neighbourhood! In addition, at HTM service points you can obtain a paper version of the route network map (Lijnenkaart: € 0,50) or a route booklet with a schematic representation of all the routes and stops of all the HTM lines (Routeboekje: € 0,50).

The timetables for all the HTM bus, tram and RandstadRail lines are also available free of charge.

Advice
Which tram or bus will get me from A to B the quickest? Which type of ticket is best suited to my travel routine? The staff at the HTM service points are happy to advise you on these matters.
